Download Cheat Engine
Just google it.
Step 1
open CE → left top corner → Edit → Settings
Step 2
Hotkeys → Speedhack speed 1
Step 3
1: Choose functions - speedhack speed 1
2: Choose the hotkey you're comfortable with - I used space bar.
3: Choose speed - 3x is perfect for me.
4: Tick the box - only speed up when you press the hotkey and back to normal when released.
Click Ok when you're done.
Step 4
Run the game → click on the pc icon → choose the game process (1) → click Open (2)
Enjoy!
Tips
Repeat step 4 every time you restart the game.
Don't speed up during cutscene.
