Where To Get Skills
The skill shop is the biggest building (at this point) in the town, to enter it you will need to be riding your dragon. Bring your dragon to the skill building and click on the doors, and viola, on the right you can purchase new skills to learn, and on the left you can learn (choose to equip or remove) skills for your dragon.
not sure if this is common knowledge but thought it might help someone :)
