Food Preferences
Attached is a link of all the food preferences based on personality and breed. I also included a screenshot of the document.

Base happiness, personality happiness, and breed happiness are additive. For example, if you feed cake to an energetic nightmare, total happiness will be 10(base)-15(personality)+10(breed)=+5 total
Foods are seasonal! If there is a specific food your dragon loves, it may be a good idea to stock up.
Your dragon will no longer gets sick if you overfeed, so if your dragon is easily stressed it may be a good idea to have it stress eat.
Some foods that are healthy will reduce sickness as well. It's not a lot, but if you are worried about it and have the food to spare, it may be a good idea to stuff a dragon with broccoli and salad.
