at first of all this is the problem when you try to change that from task manager :

Now you have to close the game and press WIN key + R to open Run. Then type : regedit

so after you open registry editor go through this way :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options

now right click on Image File Execution Options and make new key named forhonor.exe :

make another key in forhonor.exe named PerfOptions :

in PerfOptions make new DWORD (32-bit) Value named CpuPriorityClass :

now click on modify and change value to 3 .

thats it now look at result :
