All Attributes must be at 6 to use the full potential of a trait at lv 15. You can choose any wing to do that but you need the Bossy Trait that adds 2 Charisma.

Perception/Wahrnehmung 6
Guts/Mut 6
Charisma 4 + 2 Bossy Trait
Brains/Inteligenz 6
Deftness/Geschick 6
Fortune/Glück 6
Psyche 6

Use the Trait Renaissance Person!
Benutz das Mensch der Renicance Perk!

Perception/Wahrnehmung 7

Brains/Inteligenz 7
Deftness/Geschick 7

Psyche 7
Attributes On Lvl 15
Use the Self Improvment Trait! it says that it only increase the lowest Attribut but since your Attributs are equal you get +1 to ALL your Attributes!
Benutze den Selbstverbesserungs Trait! da steht zwar das es den niedrigsten Attribut erhöt aber da alle gleich sind gibt der Trait +1 zu allen dazu.
