How To Unlock FPS
If you have low specs the game probably locked you to 30fps. this is a very short and quick guide on how to change the fps limit.
Step 1
Simply go to the coh3 directory in your documents which would be in documents/mygames/company of heroes 3 and find a file called "configuration_system.lua"
Step 2
open the file using a text editor such as notepad and scroll down to section 131 or just search for the word "frame" with CTRL + F
it should be something like
[131] =
{
setting = "frameratelimit",
variantUInt = 30,
version = 1,
},
all you need to do is change the variantUInt number to the fps you want, in my case i put it to 60.
and your done! just save the file and open your game and it should be running on 60 fps
have fun :)
