The Skills

Docs skills are not difficult to use, the most important part is that you do use them, they are almost always available. The station should always be down providing slow. This build particularly you should be using Combat Stims every fight (or twice a fight for longer ones) don't bother saving them, PRESS E!

Combat Stims Migrane Solution and Charitable glow so we get some damage, and get that damage back faster. We will be using this a lot. That really is the only trick. Make sure when you are using it that we can (most of the time) use it with our handgun. Getting a balance of Duration and Recharge for maximum up time.

Trauma Station Medics most powerful ability is also the one he has to spend the least points into, which is why builds like this are worth using. Suppression station and Peace of Mind give you a huge aoe permanent slow.

The 'Others'

Doctors Orders Damage per ally that is over 75% life, easy 15% damage.

Readiness This is about as OP as a perk can get. 2 Slots for Recharge, Movespeed, Handling and Reload.

Tech Handgun Training Take both Doc, and both Phalanx Handgun perks, and the Technicians RoF/Reload option.

Alternative use a rifle instead! Some minor changes - we won't need combat stims up as often, so we can get a bit more damage. Prioritize Fire Rate,, then balance it between Mag Capacity, reload and WP damage as you desire. Remember spreading out stats is more efficient for raw DPS since the stats are additive.

This little pistol doesn't quite have the DPS of the M10, but it is close, without being almost unusable due to accuracy and stability issues. While inaccurate without Stims, it isn't THAT bad. We still want to mostly be using the rifle while Stims are down if possible.

Assault break Best muzzle in the game even if the second set of stats is a type (you don't get to double up accuracy and stability lol)

Rapid Release Mag One of the best mags in the game for DPS increase at 70% reload speed I will never complain

Hybrid sight The largest boost to accuracy and WP damage.

AlternativeThe Mark 7 is a very solid weapon, just slightly less DPS but more accuracy and range. The Rapid Responder Is near the top for DPS, less range but it can certainly be worth it.

An incredibly solid weapon at almost any range, with a stun via attachments and some of the highest WP DPS of any rifle it is hard to go wrong.

Tanker Muzzle WP damage, and a stun. One of the best attachments in the game, don't mind if I do.

Assault Mag For increasing DPS this is the best option for the large Mag options. The attackrate plus reload speed is just a lot of stats.

Tactical Scope This helps us hit the break point for a 2 shot head shot. With our damage boosts this is less necessary so Digital Scope is definitely a viable option

AlternativeScout Rifle Normally this is not a favorite rifle, it is in fact one of my least favorite due to awkward Breakpoints on insane, and slightly lower DPS then the rifles around it. However (particularly if you are using the rifle build) this CAN one shot runners on insane, making it very strong.
