And we should use them, frequently. This is an anti elite build that will significantly increase ally DPS as well as your own, while avoiding the idea of reloading at all costs.

PUPS We are running a Bloodhound build, which increases the damage the enemy takes by 25% and Red is Dead increases our teams damage. (these are multiplicative buffs, increasing team damage against the target by 37.5%)

Threat detected and Distracting Howl are both a little weaker on blood hound, but still well worth it.

You can replace Threat Detected with Threat Neutralized

This requires no Recharge, so we don't need to go overboard on it since it will only affect Support drone.

Support Drone This is the life blood the recon (and the team) and is the single most influential reason why recon is in almost every game on Extreme+

Adrenalin rush helps to increase the healing done by the drone. Since we will be using it a lot, the healing does become substantial.

The Other Perks

Down Range This increase damage at "far" distances, which just means everything after your damage starts to fall off. This is stronger on your CQW then on your sniper. Since we are primarily after the CQW this makes a lot of sense.

Got your back, Back in the Fight This pair will quickly Recharge you and your allies abilities while also reloading your guns increasing DPS very significantly.

Gunner CQW training Gives us magazine capacity, a critical component to this build

RoF, magazine capacity, and then WP damage. Run both Technician CQW perks, the gunners RoF, the Recons WP, and the Lancers Mag increase.

AlternativeRemove bloodhound, get some Recharge with Threat Neutralized!

One of the most solid well rounded sniper rifles, capable of killing a runner in a single WP shot, and having a decent mag size.

Tanker Muzzle Provides as much WP damage as any option, while also giving a solid stun.

Anti-Material Break We don't need the WP damage to one shot runners on insane, so we can also go a better CC option if desired.

Armor Piercing Rounds This gives us mag capacity (unfortunately it rounds down, so only a single round) as well as significantly improved damage vs any armored units while their armor is up.

Assault Magazine Very good DPS attachment - the best in most instances. The reload speed is less useful, but you will find yourself reloading regularly due to the small nature of the mag.

Tactical Scope Triggers red is dead on WP hit, and gives the most WP damage at the same time. This is winning son.

Combat Relay Scope I do not recommend this for blood hound, but if you have regular pups this is a good option for additional Cooldown.

AlternativeTwilight, we beat this drum often, but that is cause the gun has great stats, and is easy to use.

M37A3 Pump Shotgun

We avoid reloading, which means we are free to take this shotgun. We will be clocking in at 12 mags which is 28392 total damage, we will very rarely have to reload.

Assault Break You are tired of seeing this attachment, I am tired of talking about it. The stats are nuts though so I will continue to put it here.

Alloyed Chamber Gives us more mag capacity and Fire Rate, nothing can really compete on this build

Hybrid Sight I know you have seen this on my builds... Now we don't often need more accuracy due to the built in stuff for Recon. However this also gives the most damage (WP) so not much I can do here.

Micro Red Dot Sight Gives almost as much WP while also giving handling and Aim assist. (note aim assist essentially pretends your target reticle was slightly closer to the nearest enemy hit box then it was)

Alternative

And out of left field, the PPZ-49 the DPS on the gun is good, great WP damage, and it has an excellent sized mag making it a great option.
