As Sabre Support Says They Know About This Issue But Can't Fix It For Some Reason.

But you can fix this bug by yourself and playing normaly as it shoud be.
You must to download DXVK which forse your game using Vulkan API by default.
Download DXVK [github.com]
After that extract folder from archive and go to x64 folder.
Copy d3d11.dll & dxgi.dll files and paste them into this directory
...\Steam\steamapps\common\WWZ\en_us\client\bin\pc
That's all! Now you can playing this game normally.
