What Are `Emotes´?
An `Emote´ is a non-combat action that your `God´ can perform in battle. Clapping hands, waving, dancing, acting furious etc.
Every `God´ has between 2 and up to 5 `Emotes´ and 2 or 3 of them can be bought for 2.375 favor each. Click on a `God´ of your choice (when you´ve earned 2.375 favor) and select `EMOTES´. Here you can directly purchase an `Emote´ (Clap, Wave or Furious) for favor.
Every favor-cost `Emote´ you buy will INCREASE your chest-roll-chances on SO MANY chests!!
This is the MOST EFFECTIVE way to use your favor in the beginning of your SMITE-career. But, like I said: It´s a long term commitment. You need approx. 500.000 favor to buy all the favor-cost-`Emotes´ but I promise you, it´s rewarding in terms of rolling the juicy stuff from all kinds of chests.
Keep track of your progress by visiting the InGame `STORE´ and checking out the `Emote Chest´.
Soon it´ll look like a Dance-Party-Chest!
(Dancing `Emotes´ cannot be bought for favor, so soon the `Emote Chest´ will be full of them).
Long-term GUIDE To Systematic `Favor´-spending
This is a list that guides you to spend your favor in the mentioned order. Let me point out that this is a long term commitment, - but if you follow the plan, - and try to keep bonus-chests that have favor-items in them on stock for as long as you can hold your temptation, - you will most definately gain good value for it. I promise you.
- Emotes (These are the MOST important to start off with).
- Avatars (These are also kind of common in many chest but OMG there´s so many).
- Wards (There´s not so many of them).
- Announcer Packs (There´s only a few of these).
- Re-color skins (Each `God´ comes with a free `Standard Skin´ and a `Re-color Skin´ that can be bought for favor and they (often) cost 9.500. Kind of INSANE, considering that they look VERY similar to the `Standard Skin´, but unfortunately these skins are also to be found in chests with cool and juicy skins, - so get rid of them).
When You´ve Max´ed Out
Once you get to own all the items, icons, skins and other stuff, that can be bought for favor, you only have the `Mastery´-skins left that you can purchase for favor.
These CANNOT be rolled in ANY chests, - so it´s all about `Bling-Bling´. (You´ll know what I mean, once you get there). But you NEED to know this: Whenever a NEW `God´ enters the game there´re two new `Emotes´ and a recolor-skin that can be purchased for favor, - and you´ll waste chest-rolls on them, if you don´t purchase them right away, before you roll ANY chests.
This means that you need to spend:
(2x`Emotes´ and a Re-color skin=) 14.250 favor on that (and possibly 100/150 gems on a `Voice Pack´ as well, if you desire that too).
I know you´ll enjoy this long term commitment in terms of good valuable chest-rolls, if you stick to the plan, - but I also know that temptation will be overwhelming :)
