Well first of all open C:\Users\your pc name\AppData\Local\arr\Saved\Config\Windows (don't go to Public Or default in users) and find a file called Input.ini (a backup of it would be a good idea)
Then add these to the file as in the image, the default speed is 1.000000 only edit the scale of mouse Y and X and don't delete the mappings for the keyboard or you can't move.
Only edit when the game is not running!
So Edit->Start game->Load save->Test if the sensitivity is right for you.
