"Corrupt Data"
These tips are from Redditor, Andoryutta, who found this godsend. But if you see this Asterisk guy, give him a ton of Steam Points/Unusuals.
The "Corrupt Data" multiplayer bug that people have been seeing is caused due to choosing a custom skin tone during character creation. When attempting to start multiplayer, it checks for tampered data and incorrectly identifies the skin tone as invalid if it's not one of the preset skin tones.
This can now be fixed (for free) using Ampersand's MHST2 Github Save Tools.
1) Go to your steam userdata folder and backup your data. (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\{YOUR STEAMID}\1277400\remote)
2) Download the latest version of the MHST2 save tool.
3) Start AAStories2SaveTool.exe and select the mhr_slot_x.sav file as the input and output.
4) Enter your SteamID64, if ya don't know your SID, just use a site, like Steam ID Finder.
5) Click "Fix Save" and choose a skin tone preset for your character.
6) Start the game as if nothing happened.

Infected Pokemon Monsties
This is one of the "Corrupt Data" bugs but a milder non-gamebreaking one. It's that one of the reasons why you can't jump into multiplayer to pawn some noobs, it's because one of your Monsties is "infecteed", the corrupt data. To solve this, ya have to cycle through your Monsties list and when you find a "clean" one, switch out your buddy. Only then will ya be able to enter multiplayer.
Dem Tickets
Check to see if editing your character using the Character Edit Ticket/Coup/Voucher and saving. Since, the edit voucher will un-corrupt your save.
Another fix is buying and using a Character Appearance Ticket on the corrupted rider to fix.
Troubleshooting
Admins
Sometimes the game won't work, unless, ya give Steam the priveliages to run in "Administrator" mode. Just right click on the .exe file and click on "Run as administrator" or try running MHS2 in administrator mode.
Anti-Virus Over Protection
Sometimes the game doesn't run, it's because of the anti-virus software being too good at it's job and doing false-positivies. To fix this, just move the game to the "Exceptions".

Note: I'll add if I find more useful mods or if ya guys are recommending. Also, I'm not a modder, so, if you see the actual modders that made these ones in Steam, shower them with credit and love.

Installing 'Em
To install the mod(s) correctly follow Keagian's instructions:
1. Download MHS2ModLoader and extract the files into your MHS2 Game Folder found in your Steamapps/Common/Monster Hunter Stories 2
2. Create a mods Folder in Steamapps/Common/Monster Hunter Stories 2
3. Download MHS2MatchmakingUnlock and extract the folder into Steamapps/Common/Monster Hunter Stories 2/mods
4. Launch the game and it should work automatically, a Bat.exe should launch alongside the game notifying you that the mod is working.
Low End Spec Computers
This is a tiny list, based on a r/lowendgaming, OSC_E, a redditor,'s discovery. He found out that there's some videos of this game running on less than what the Steam store page requires and it works like a charm.
Note: I will encourage that ya to find out more and see if anyone uploaded a vid with similar low ends as your or at least, experiment on your own.

Miscellaneous
Sub Vs. Dub
Though this is one of the recommended ways to get rid of Dub! Meowth.
You can change the dub and/or the sub to either English or Japanese. But ya have to be in the title menu to access the dub/sub in the Options menu in order to do this.
Steam Deck
(Note: This is based on if I somehow receive a Steam Deck or find tips to how to play this on the SD. It will also mean I have to reinstall the game and put out my test results in.
