Weapons, Equipment, And Spells

All Weapons, Equipment, and Spells are tagged with a Yellow T.

All consumable items, and one use weapons are not marked on the map.

Some of these s might be behind a destructible wall, which can be destroyed using a Wand of Fire, Dynamite, the Pickaxe (B6 On the Map), or the Fireball Spell (V2, V3 on the map).

Some of these items might be behind locked doors, and are marked with a lock symbol and a key symbol, booth are tagged with a green K.

For some of these items you'll need to dodge roll through a small gap

Some of these items might be behind a small puzzle, none of these are too hard, and you'll figure them out, I believe in you!

Golden Chests

There are 15 Golden Chests in this game.

Right before you get to open your first chest you will meet Sadora, and she will claim that opening these chests will corrupt you, and you automatically start the Quest "An Ascetic Lifestyle"(Q2) where you will have to NOT open the golden chests. You will compete this quest shortly after defeating the 4th boss (B4) and you will receive the Holy Sword, which you'll need to get the best ending.

After completing an Ascetic Lifestyle you will be free to open the Golden Chests without penalty.

However after opening a Golden Chest, and entering the room where Sadora is she will enter a dialogue with you as if you've failed the Ascetic Lifestyle Quest and attack you, you can kill her without consequence and get a achievement for it.

There's 1 fake Golden Chest which will teleport you to the optional Monster in a Box boss (B6) you can open this chest without failing the Ascetic Lifestyle Quest.

Quests And Optional Bosses

There are 9 Quests and 2 Optional Bosses

There's also "the Goblin's Tale" Quests which just has you flip a switch.

This is a Guide on how to find things, not on how to beat these bosses.

Find the Canal Alcove Key (K1) and open the Door(K1) next to Ghost GirlSwimsuit

Do NOT open Golden ChestsHoly SwordNeeded for Good ending

Find the Katana(T18) and give it back to KanaCastle Lower Sanctum Key(K3) You have option to not hand this in, but if you approach Kana you will hand in the quest automatically.

Find a Sledge Hammer(T23 or V7), and a Battery(T27.2) give them to SoarviThunder Hammer for sale Sledge Hammer and Battery will be removed from your inventory and must be rebought.

Find the following spells, and give them to Beatrice: Fire Rune (G1 or V4/Astarte)

Ice Rune (V5 or V8)

Lightning Rune (V6/Soarvi or V8)

Poison Rune (V4/Astarte)Summon SwordThe Runes you hand in will have to be rebought. Warning: after a certain point in the story Beatrice's shop will become unavailable.

Find the Dakimakura and give it back to Sora & Minji Hairband

Catacomb Latrine Key(K7)

Kill Harpies and hand in the Roasted Chickens they dropMultishot Bow

Retrieve the Scythe and slash the bunny Cursed Scythe

Best Friend Solution: Go to the Bottom left and take the Shockwave spell (if you don't have it)Stand next to Elanor and use Shockwave on the left Anvil to drop it on the button, go down and flip the switch. Go back up and use Shockwave to push the right Anvil until it drops, push the anvil on the elevator, and flip the switch. Push anvil on the switch to the left. Grab scythe and kill bunny

From Beatrice keep heading left until you meet Elanor, head up, and right twice Ice Axe
