u press on "Play" in ya Steam Library
Step 2
u press on "continue" on your already finished game where u already have 10 nukes
Step 3
you press on any city that you want
Step 7
-scroll to "districts" and press on the missile silo
-wait till it is build (you need to press the "end turn" button on the bottom right corner)
Step 69
go to the city with the missile silo, scroll down to "units" and then spam "NUCLEAR MISSILE" exactly 10 times
Step Mom
wait till the nukes are build
now you've got the achievement.
Throw the nukes at your friends and family. Enough fun for everyone :)
