Instructions
If you do not want to spend time and nerves on hard mode play-throughs, these save files will probably help. They provide states, where the last mission has is either 80% complete (i.e. only one doomsday shot remaining) or completed but not collected.
The save files can be installed as local saves by copying them to %APPDATA%/Local/Evil Genius 2/PC_ProfileSaves
