hello, welcome to my little guide on how to duplicate save files, for those times when you just wanna butcher your entire cult or do some other sick twisted experiments with out any backlash. (you could always just not save the game but then you cant save your twisted world or go on any crusades)
The Dupe
go to your litle computer search bar and type in run. Open the run app and type in appdata then press on LocalLow then press on massive monster then cult of the lamb then onto saves. Ok here is the duplication part there should be something called meta_*number*.json (it is important to know that files are listed from 0-2, the first save would be 0 the second would be 1 and the third would be 2, the phrase *number* in this guide is place holder and will not show up in your files) simply find what ever file you wanna duplicate, and duplicate the meta, then your going to want to go to rename and swap the number out for any other number that is not taken DO NOT HAVE 2 OF THE SAME META NUMBERS AND DONT GO OVER 2!!!. Now do that again but this time with the slot_0.json folders again following all the steps. after this you should be able to launch your game. hope this helped.

ok so basicly if your atempting to duplicate your save first save file into your second save file, your going to want to find your meta file, duplicate it, then switch the number from 0 to 1, the find the slot file and swap the 0 to 1.
