1 the easiest way is on the game page in your library. Right click on Hero (background) or logo and set custom background and logo

2 & 3 grids should be set in recent games (horizontal) and collections (vertical). It's simple: find game - right click - set custom artwork

⠀⠀⠀ Don't forget to add the manual to your favorites, because your settings are stored locally.
