My Overall Thoughts

I personally think this is a big upgrade from the default wizard and adds a lot to his kit. It boosts the damage of all of his normal attacks while adding a new special super ability which I will go into more detail on later in the guide. This puts wizard on par with robot and improves on his abilities greatly.
New Wizard Abilities
Mana bar
The mana bar is a togglable ability similar to the mutants slop meter. If you use mana on a move it increases the damage greatly and improves the size of the attack.
Mage Armor
If you get hit and have mana left in the mana bar you take reduced damage and take decreased hitstun but lose half of the remaining mana (minimum loss of 1). You can toggle this like the robots armor feature.
Ultimatum
The Ultimatum super summons a large meteor from the ground. It is put into stasis for a brief period of time, during this stasis any attack that hits the meteor will affect the direction and speed of the meteor and deals double the damage it took during the stasis period.
Ability Improvements
Burst - The wizards burst uniquely now deals a large amount of damage in a bigger radius, this makes burst a valuable combo ending move while keeping its original utility intact.
Magic dart - The dart has more aggressive homing and deals larger damage. If boosted by the mana bar it will spawn 3 magic darts that deal half the normal damage.
Tome Slap - Tome slap deals increased damage at the cost of high knockback. If you use mana the knockback is negated but the damage stays the same. The mana ability of tome slap also creates a shockwave that destroys nearby projectiles, including wizards own.
Mana Strike - The direction of mana strike can be changed similarly to cowboys lightning slash.
Geyser - Geyser is empowered with red lightning that makes it deal extra damage. If you use your mana on geyser it will stun the opponent with the lightning for a brief period of time.
Telekinesis - You can now pick the object that you want to throw.
*Note - For items not listed here, mana just boosts damage and radius of moves, and increases the distance covered by movement options.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the wizard evolution in my opinion, is very strong but puts it on par with strong characters like robot.
