How To Find Locations With Coordinates

Here's how to find locations: If you look at the bottom left of your HUD, you'll see a set of five numbers, like this:

444:20:444 : 5 : 60

These numbers represent the following:

X:Y:Z : Q : FPS

And here's what they mean:

X - Horizontal Coordinates (East to West)

Y - Vertical Coordinates (Up and Down)

Z - Horizontal Coordinates (North to South)

Q - Quality setting in game ( Low = 0, Medium = 1, High = 2, etc. )

FPS - Your current frames per second.

The first three numbers list a specific location in the game world. With those numbers, you can travel in-game until you're at those coordinates and you'll reach that exact location.

With that established, all of the points of interest in this guide are accompanied with coordinates

11 Golden Chests

Golden Chests are secret hidden gold coloured chests that each contain a novelty gold statuette, and some end game resources, typically Aluminium and Super Alloy in the chests near the starter area. Meanwhile the chests further afield contain the much coveted "Rods of Power" which in the case of the green ones is a lot more literal than you might yet realise.

Blueprint Microchips - List Of Unlocks

1. Microchip - Mining Speed T1

This is a piece of Gear that decreases the time to mine ore by 10%, effectively giving you faster mining. You'll need to find Aluminum before you can build it, though

2. Agility Boots T1

This is a piece of Gear that lets you run 15% faster while it's equipped. This requires Fabric, though, so you'll have to find some -- check out our Fabric Guide to learn where you can get it!

3. Agility Boots T2

This is an improved version of the Agility Boots that lets you run 30% faster. The crafting recipe requires Agility Boots T1 (among other items).

4. Microchip - Compass

8. Microchip - Mining Speed T3

This is an even better version of the Microchip - Mining Speed that decreases mining time by 30%.

9. Area Lamp

This is a nice light that illuminates an area with a softer glow and less intense beam compared to the Outdoor Lamp. You can change its color, too.

10. GPS Satellite T1

This is a Rocket that unlocks the ability to view a map of the immediate area on a Screen - Mapping. You'll need to unlock the Launch Platform before you can launch a rocket into space.

11. Shredder Machine

This is a buildable that can completely destroy items.

12. Screen - Mapping

This allows you to see a map of the surrounding area relative to where the screen has been placed. You'll need to have launched a GPS Satellite T1 Rocket before you can use it, though.

13. Jetpack T2

This is an improved version of the Jetpack that lets you fly a little higher and faster.

14. Microchip - Mining Speed T4

This is the best version of mining Gear; it decreases mining time by 40%.

15. Agility Boots T3

This is the best version of the Agility Boots -- it allows you to run 45% faster than you could without them.

16. GPS Satellite T2

This is an improved version of the GPS Satellite Rocket that allows you to get a better picture of the local area on a Screen - Mapping.

17. Display Case

This is a piece of furniture that allows you to display up to 6 items on a two-tier shelf (3 items on top and 3 items on the bottom).

18. Big Living Compartment

This is a Building that looks like a 2x2 combined unit of Living Compartments, but the interior space is much more open. Ideal for things like Farms.

19. Jetpack T3

This is the best Jetpack that you can get. It's a damn sight faster than running, that's for sure.

The Guide To ORE

Iridium OreUranium OREZeolite - Crystal PowerOsmium

Iridium is one of the components of Explosive Powder, a mid-to-late game Crafting resource. More importantly, it is also used to make Iridium Rods, an important item for building higher-tier Heating machines for Terra-forming. Iridium is also needed for Ore Extractors -- a highly useful Building that lets you automate collecting ore.

You can get more Iridium from Asteroids falling onto the planet once you've unlocked the Launch Platform and launched the appropriate rocket. However, you can get an infinite supply with the right kind of Ore Extractor in the proper location, saving you from having to rely on the randomness of falling rocks from the sky

Where to Find Iridium

Here are all the places you can find Iridium that we know of. Do note that this list does not include Storage Chests that you can find in the world; Furthermore, some locations may be sealed off by Ice Caves.

Uranium is a well utilized crafting Recipe , but the biggest thing Uranium is good for is making Uranium Rods. Uranium rods will power Nuclear Reactor and will power all of the buildings at a more efficient rate

Uranium Is obtained by falling asteroids once you have unlocked "The Launch Platform" You have to then use the crafting menu to Craft The Launch Platform after you manage to that you can then launch rockets into space that will allow you to do three different things.

Alternatively you can also use the ORE Extractor in just the right spots to obtain the full benefit and do this as soon as you unlock the first Nuclear Generator!!! Try to begin automation early in game.

Are you wondering what is this magnificent crystal that glows white and how to get Zeolite? There is a mystery to this incredibly rare resource / but you have to unlock it first. Lets dive deep into the abyss that is a wonderful journey.

What is Zeolite Used for?

Zeolite is used for Crafting a handful of late-game items. Critically, it is the rarest component of the Nuclear Fusion Generator, the best Power generation unit in the game. It's also used for the DNA Manipulator, a machine that is necessary for creating Tree Seeds and vastly speeding up the process of growing your Biomass. You can not craft Zeolite the only way to get it is through progressing to the "Flora" Stage of Terraforming.

Here's an important thing also to keep in mind Zeolite in The Planet Crafter does not respawn so be careful how you spend it!

is used for alot of things and is typically seen a little further towards middle game u can also use the Ore Extractor to get it when placed at the right location.
