What Makes Them "special"

I was bored with naming my teleporters in plain old english characters. I was hoping to use some emoji, but the ones I tried didn't work. I wanted to see what was available so I went through a good chunk of the unicode characters. Turns out there are actually a handful of emoji, just faces though. I've compiled a list of all the working characters so you can have some fancy names as well.

This is just a list of what I tested that worked. There's likely more that I didn't test. I'm only including "interesting" characters. There's plenty of regular old alphabet characters that work fine, but aren't too exciting.

The characters will look different in game than they do in this guide. I included screenshots for any that appear significantly different than normal.
