Created this awesome Guide, for all the Bros out there!
Rambro
Rambro is the character you start playing with, when you launch the Campaign for the first time.
Based on:
This Bro is based on John Rambo from the Rambo film series.
Primary weapon:
An M60 Machine Gun, which fires fully automatically. It will take about 8-10 shots to kill a normal enemy with it.
Special attack:
With the Special attack, Rambro will throw a grenade. It takes only one explosion from a grenade to kill a normal enemy.
Melee attack:
Rambro uses his knife as melee attack.
Brommando
Brommando has been added in the early stages of development.
Based on:
This Bro is based on John Matrix from the Commando movie.
Primary weapon:
A M202A1 Flash Rocket Launcher. Rockets will explode upon impact and may knock you away from the explosion. It will take only 1 shot to kill a normal enemy with it.
Special attack:
With the Special attack, Brommando will shoot a continuous series of 5 rockets that explode upon impact. This is very effective agains special enemies and bosses.
Melee attack:
Brommando uses his knife as melee attack.
B.A. Broracus
B.A. Broracus has been added in the early stages of development.
Based on:
This Bro is based on B.A. Baracus from the A-Team TV series.
Primary weapon:
A Flamethrower that will burn enemies to death. Once you burn them they will start running. This isn't a very effective weapon against the environment. It will take about 2 seconds to kill an enemy with it.
Special attack:
B.A. Brobacus will throw an incendiary grenade that has a pretty large damage radius. You can easily kill multiple enemies with one of these grenades.
Melee attack:
B.A. Brobacus uses his knife as melee attack.
Brodell Walker
Brodell Walker has been added in the early stages of development.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Cordell Walker from the action crime series Walker, Texas Ranger.
Primary weapon:
A shotgun that fires pretty quickly. The damage varies from how close-up you hit enemies. It will take 1-6 shots to kill an enemy.
Special attack:
Walker will throw a harmless grenade and after it explodes, the area around the explosion will be marked by 5 red crosses. 5 homing missiles will then launch down on these 5 red crosses to cause a lot of damage.
Melee attack:
Walker uses his knife as melee attack.
Bro Hard
Bro Hard has been added in the early stages of development.
Based on:
This Bro is based on John McClane from the Die Hard film series.
Primary weapon:
Bro Hard uses two primary weapons at the same time. He hold one submachine gun in each hand. These submachine guns look close to MAC-10s. It will take about 5-13 shots with these to kill an enemy.
Special attack:
John McClane throws a flash grenade that will stun all enemies in the blast radius of the grenade for several seconds. This attack does not do any damage however, but with it you can get out of tight situations or past multiple enemies easily.
Melee attack:
McClane uses his knife as melee attack.
MacBrover
MacBrover has been added in the early stages of development.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Angus MacGyver from the MacGyver television series.
Primary weapon:
MacBrover doesn't have a firearm, but will throw dynamite as his primary attack. He can also stick dyanamite to walls, cages, enemies etc. Once you stick dynamite to an enemy, he will start running away. It will take only one piece of dynamite to kill an enemy.
Special attack:
MacBrover throws a turkey with dynamite hidden it. Once he throws it, it will lay on the ground for a few seconds, and will attract all enemies around it. They won't pay attention to you. They will all move towards the turkey and then it will explode.
Melee attack:
MacBrover uses his knife as melee attack.
Brade
Brade has been added in the early stages of development. Brade is special, because he can jump much higher than the other Bros, and is much faster aswell at the same time.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Blade from the vampire action movie called Blade (they have the same name - yep, very original).
Primary weapon:
He will use his Sword as primary weapon. There is no limit to the speed of slashing with it, so keep spamming that attack button, bro! It will take 3 slashes to kill an enemy. With a very well timed attack, you are also able to reflect an enemy projectile.
Special attack:
Brade dashes through the air with his Sword, when using the Special attack. During this time he cannot be hit by enemies. With his special attack he will destroy all blocks and enemies with one hit only.
Melee attack:
No idea why, I mean, come on, Brade uses a huge-a** sword.. But yeah, he does use his tiny, puny knife as melee attack..
Bro Dredd
Bro Dredd has been added in the early development stages of the game. This Bro is unique, because his projectiles can bounce off of walls and other structures, which could be used to hit targets that were normally unreachable.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Judge Dredd from the comic series 2000AD, and later the movie about the comic books.
Primary weapon:
Bro Dredd uses his 'Lawrod Rifle' to shoot yellow plasma bullets which can ricochet off of walls and other structures. It will take about 3-6 shots to kill an enemy with them.
Special attack:
Dredd fires a rocket that you can guide by yourself with the WASD or arrow keys. The rocket will scare all enemies around it and will explode on impact. It can destroy an enemy in just 1 hit. Please watch out: while controlling the rocket you cannot control your character, so be sure to fire the special attack in a safe spot!
Melee attack:
Dredd is too cool for a laser sword or anything like that, instead he uses a.. knife!
Bro In Black
Bro in Black has been added during the early development stages of the game.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Agent J from the Men in Black film series.
Primary weapon:
Bro in Black fires the 'Noisy Cricket' laser rifle. It shoots a blue laser which causes a pulse explosion after a few meters. Watch out, because shooting it will knock you away, everytime you shoot a projectile! It only takes 1 shot to kill an enemy with it.
Special attack:
Bro in Black uses the 'Neuralyzer' as special attack. This is a large energy beam that will stun all enemies in its path. It does not do any damage however.
Melee attack:
A knife, because knives are cooler than laser pulse rifles!
Snake Broskin
Snake Broskin has been added during the early development stages of the game.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Snake Plissken from the sci-fi action movies Escape from New York and Escape from L.A..
Primary weapon:
This Bro uses a very strong Sniper Rifle to shoot. It does not fire quickly, but its projectiles travel a pretty decent range and do a lot of damage. It takes 3 shots with this weapon to kill an enemy.
Special attack:
Broskin uses an incendiary grenade, just like B.A. Brobacus, but its effect is a bit different compared to his.
Melee attack:
K-N-I-F-E!
Brominator
Brominator has been added with the update of the Alpha version, in May 2013. He jumps lower than other Bros, because of the heavy Minigun he's carrying around.
Based on:
This Bro is based on the Terminator from the Terminator film series.
Primary weapon:
This Bro uses a very powerful weapon, but also one that is quite dangerous to use. It is using a Minigun that fires a lot of bullets per second. But if you fire it for several seconds, the firepower of the Minigun will start pushing you back, so you could fall of the ledge. Instead, try firing short, controlled bursts with it. It will take a bit of time before you can actually fire the weapon everytime, because it needs to start turning around first. It takes about 2 shots to kill an enemy with it.
Special attack:
With the special attack you become fully made out of metal (you transform into a robot), which will make you really heavy for several seconds. Because of this, you won't be pushed as far away while firing the minigun as you normally would.
Melee attack:
A knife, because a minigun isn't powerful enough.
Brobocop
Brobocop has been added with the update of the Alpha version, in May 2013.
Based on:
This Bro is based on RoboCop, from the film series with the same name.
Primary weapon:
Brobocop uses his 'Auto-9 Pistol' as primary attack. You can charge the pistol, by holding the primary attack button. When it's fully charged and you release it, it will shoot a very large amount of projectiles in a row. It takes 3 shots to kill an enemy with this pistol.
Special attack:
With the special attack you are able to select multiple enemies with a blue crosshair, after which Brobocop will fire several bullets that will automatically home into the marked enemies. If you do not select enemies, nothing will be targeted and no shots will be fired. You have several seconds to select targets, after which Brobocop will automatically start firing.
Melee attack:
Brobocop stays classic and uses a knife.
Indianna Brones
Indianna Brones has been added with the update of the Alpha version, on June 9th, 2013.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Indiana Jones, from the film series with the same name.
Primary weapon:
Indianna Brones fires flares from a Flare Pistol. These flares don't shoot really far, but a lot of them can be shot in a row. It will take 4 flare shots to destroy an enemy.
Special attack:
Indianna Brones uses his whip as special attack. You can use his special attack as many times as you like. It can be used to reach high areas or other areas on the map quickly, by pulling yourselves toward them. You can also kill enemies with the whip, but it will take about 14 hits to kill one, so that's not very effective.
Melee attack:
Indianna uses his survival knife for his melee attacks.
Ash Brolliams
Ash Brolliams has been added with the update of the Alpha version, on July 11th, 2013. He holds a double barreled shotgun in one hand, and a Chainsaw in the other.
Based on:
This Bro is based on Ash Williams, from the horror film series The Evil Dead.
Primary weapon:
He uses his shotgun, called the 'Boomstick', which is a double barreled shotgun. It can fire two loads of buckshot in a row really quick. It does a lot of damage and only one shot would be needed to kill an enemy.
Special attack:
Ash uses his Chainsaw and charges with it if you use his special attack. He will keep running with the Chainsaw, until you make him stop. He can do this for an infinite amount of time (as far as I know). It will take about 2 seconds to kill an enemy with it.
Melee attack:
Ash is original with melee attacks, compared to the other Bros. Instead of using a knife, he uses the Chainsaw in his hand, to slash with it.
