The Thing

First conditionYou can't trigger «MISSION FAILED» screen.

I recommend to play in Iron Bro mode (normal difficulty) for safety, because you always start the mission with bros you've gained during the game and will see this screen only in situation where you lose all your lives.

Second conditionIf you die during the mission, then press restart.

If you don't, then your dead bros will be shown on the result screen, and I think it most likely triggers the game to count your deaths.

You need to save bros from the cages either, because if they die — it will be shown on the result screen as dead rambros, so it'll count as a death too. There's no need to save them all, but on the levels where you see flying rockets and other not friendly stuff — you definitely should.

Tip 1: dead bros doesn't count in the battle with satan, so you can just leave them die (sorry not sorry bro).

Tip 2: if you are not sure in your skill — use boondocks bros to restart the level after one of them dies. (but on the levels where you use the robot, I recommend not to do so, coz for some reason one of them will die.)

With these conditions I managed to get this achievement legally, so this is pretty easy, a way easier from Iron Bro on hard, so go ahead!
