1: Go outside

Going outside is great because no matter how bleak and hollow the world might feel, the world is at least better because you are in it (you are great and deserve much more)

Talking to friends, family and loved ones is great, because communication can lead to the solution of many life´s problems. You arent alone, as there are (or will be) many people that will support you and love you just the way that you are. All of the slimes in this world also love you too because, as ive said, they are pure happyness and want the best of you

This step is important, because the world is filled with problems, it is true. But time will heal all wounds and scars will fade over time, every day is a new day filled with new possibilities

4: Breathe slowly

Breathing slowly will help you calm down. Breathe in until your lungs are full, hold it for 15/20 seconds and breathe out. Calm down. Repeat until you feel comfortable and take your time, there is no timer set in the universe, you can always take steps back and relax, to see where you are and how you can fix your current problem

Being nice takes little to no effort. Remember that everyone can be sad or mad too, being a nice person can make someone´s day, and it will made you feel good too, since you have genuenly helped someone else during these troubled times
