This will affect the look of windows as a whole, I personally like it, but if you don't like it just stick with the lower resolutions, I haven't found any other way to fix the screen cut off sorry :(.
Doing The Actual Guide Lol
go to search and and type in "change the resolution" then click "change the resolution of the display". Finally go to scale and layout and set it to 100% (default is 150%)
Finished :D
And there you go, an easy fix for a really good game (hopefully this helped your fps too :) ) sorry if you don't like the look of windows at 100%, i don't think there is a way to fix it a different way.
