How to Max a Character And Everything Else

Getting To Level 20 Easily

Fame Trains.

These are always located in EuWest2 althou#gh sometimes there arent any early in the morning depending on your time zone. It is the realm with about 50 people trying to go in :D.

What is a Fame Train?

A fame Train is where you can get lots of xp and fame very quickly. It functions by a very large group of people teleporting together in Godlands and just moving around shooting at Gods which gets you xp. There more people there are, the faster god respawns so the more xp you will get. Staying alive in a fame train is incredibly easy just stay in the middle and preist and pally buffs will heal you, although at low levels you may need to dodge bullets most importantly is the medusa bomb.

There isn't much to a fame train, just sit in it and get to level twenty, see if you have a good role on realmeye.com, if not just die and rinse and repeat

Rough Guide On How To Max A Knight

How to Max a Character And Everything Else image 7

How to max a Knight;

A knight is the tankiest class in ROTMG, and mostly seen as the easiest Melee Class to make and play with, but it is relatively hard to max!

It maxed out at;

Attack: 50

Defense: 40(highest)

Speed: 50

Dexterity: 50

Vitality: 75

Wisdom 50

Mana: 252

Life: 770

The only really difficult ones are Life,Mana, and vitality as they are reasonably hard to get and thats a lot of abysses you'd need to do.

The average role of a knight's attack is 43 but you can get up to 48 so it could be tempting to max it straight away and get 1/8. Don't do this as you can get attack pots from O1 and it saves time from trading pots later on, theres not a massive difference in damage from 43 or more to 50.

Defense seems like a massively hard stat to max, but it isn't if you take your time. If you have any pots at the beggining use them on Speed! You will get defense along the way. If you consistantly do sprite worlds you will sometimes get a defense pot as well so thats more defense that you can drink. Stone guardians will drop sometimes 1 defense, the damage threshold is 5000 so be sure to get your damage in. Oryx 1 will be where your main defense comes in, it almost always drop 1 defense so after a few O1's and stone guardians you should be on your way to maxing defense.

Dexterity/Speed should be the first stat you max as they are the most easily obtainable from dungeons, go in every sprite world and snake pit you see and it should max in a couple hours at most. Max speed if you have defense pots at the start as well as gear.

Wisdom should be maxed pretty easily when your 4/8, you may want to try rushing it for fast wisdom pots, but always be careful of the slimes and the massive robots confuse's. There are also wisdom events which usually drop a wisdom or a vitality.

Vitality takes a while and is better that you have a good guild to run them with, regardless even if you are 8/8 it is hard as the journey takes a while and you have to clear it. Again events will drop vitality so get your soulbound in. You may want to sell items you get for vitality which is a good idea but don't sell your items for other pots apart from vit, mana and life.

Rough Guide On Maxing A Huntress/Archer

There are subtle differences between the archer and huntress, the only one really being the trap/Quiver;

Quiver shoot in a straight line and trap spreads out.

Trap takes time to fall.

Quiver over T3 paralyse, but only coral venom trap paralyses for the huntress.

Quivers are more expensive.

Quiver of Thunder can daze, which is important at O2.

The Archer is played much more than huntress, in fact, in my opinion, archer is far better than huntress, you can't use a huntress in a tomb because the trap will activate other bosses so you can only use it when the bosses are raging, it also takes too long to fall so is not useful as a 'running away' tool. Archer's quiver may only travel in a straight line, but against a bunch of gods or minions it can paralyse most of them, and the piercing arrows help kill the gods/mobs. The Daze effect of the QoT comes in useful at O2 by helping the knights stun and get their soulbound damage in, and the paralyse helps that as well as it is easier to hit a not moving target. The quiver also gives more dexterity so the DPS is higher than the huntress, but only slightly.

In my opinion, a Doom is essential for a bow class, as otherwise the damage is too low as the arrows spread out. Without the doom bow the bow classes are not effective at getting loot anywhere. If you are not maxed Doom bow>Coral Bow, although the coral bow does do more damage if both of the arrows hit, its not worth getting that close.

Maxing the bow classes are essential, the bow class is only effective if maxed, otherwise do not use it. EVER. Make a wizard and potfarm until you have enough pots to max a few stats. The attack of the bow classes is 75, which is the shared highest in the game.

Archer/Huntress is useful in most cases, but its ability to do events like skull and cube gods is negligable. Pot farming is not as good as you may think, the arrows spread out too much even with the coral bow as the arrows spread out, so a staff class will be much better.

Doing tombs and O1+2 is relatively easy with the archer if you use the doom bow, but never use a three shot bow in a tomb, or ever really not even to clear, its not worth it, the dps is too bad so just use a coral bow/doom bow.

General the archer is quite bad at defense, so relies on being good at dodging and a good pet. Useing either class is good if you are part of a good guild who opens events or does a few wc as they are decent at getting soulbound if they are maxed att and dex.

You And Your Pet

To be honest it's quite simple, max the pet by giving it items then fuse it with another maxed pet.

Remember: PUT THE PET WITH THE ABILITIES YOU WANT TO KEEP FIRST THEN THE FUSER AFTER.

Wha'ts a good pet to get?

Humanoid or penguin eggs are often the most desirable as they give hp or mp as the first skill and a random second one. I advise maxing the pets with Hp/Mp Heal as they will benefit to your survivability the most.

What do I feed my pet?

This really depends, if you happen to get tops everyday and don't mind discarding some then they can really give a lot of feed power but if you are less experienced and do not get that many items feeding them T10 and lower are fine. There is no "waste" of fame, but there is the chance to be very unefficient with feeding your pet. Keep to your budget, don't spend all your items on some food power, you can feed it along the way with the items you get.

Should I buy Food Power?

Maybe, if its a good deal and you want to get your pet maxed fast then by all means do it, but it's not essential to max your pet by any means, just slowly max it day by day and you'll get a very good pet eventually.

My friend has a better pet than mine because he spent money on food power, is that fair?

Fairness isn't something that is a given in a game, the game is only fun because of the imbalance in the game. I'm sure you feel that the ninja class isn't as good as other classes or what not but it remains the fact it is in the game, imbalanced but not broken. This is called the "Perfect Imbalance" and makes the game fun. So to answer the question is it fair? No, not really, but if you are better than him a pet won't make you live forever, it increases survivability for sure but don't get into the false impression that pets make you invincible.

I don't have that much fame, should i use gold?

No, not ever. Fame is replacable and not too hard to farm up, don't use laziness as an excuse to do something you could get for free anyway.

I fused my pet and it turned into something I didn't want, can I undo this?

No, tough luck.

Is it worth investing all of my items to upgrade my pet?

Not really, items are replacable but you can get them along the way, you always should have a store of items in the odd case that you die.

Pets are OP!

Don't get lulled into a false sense of security that a pet makes it impossible to die. If it were OP then no-one would die.

Death

Your going to die at one point in realm, either very often or very rarely depending on your skill. As long as you keep trying you will get better at the game --- you will never stop dieing, but your skill determines how long you stay alive which is why guilds ask for current fame to be high - it shows skill as a player.
