Notes (Network Fusion And Stats Levelling)

When Making several of these builds there are several things that needs explaining.

Network FusionWhen Fusing persona in through Network Fusion there is a chance of getting either of these skills, It doesn't matter what persona you chose for this process all we want is to get some of these skills.

Skill Name Skill Effect Almighty Boost Strengthen Almighty attacks by 25% Almighty Amp Strengthen Almighty attacks by 50% Magic Ability Strengthen all magical attacks by 25% Soul Chain Recover 20 SP when performing Baton Pass

To achieve MAX STATS for the Personas which means 99 in every stats.

Prerequisite(s):

Get Chariot and Wheel of Fortune confidants to rank 7 and 8 respectively.

At Rank 7 Ryuji gets the ability to Instantly eliminate any shadows that is HIGHLIGHTED by GREEN OUTLINE. (Which is approx, 10 Lvl Difference between the Player and Enemy Shadow)

At Rank 8 Chihaya will be able to provide a fortune reading that Increases the chance of FUSION ALARM TRIGGER. (Loud and Red Velvet Room)

Unlocked Mementos also works in Palace, Preferably done in Mementos

Follow this simple Steps:

Get and 2 Random persona from Auto-Kill

Fuse the Persona, this persona will be highlighted by an Orange glow on it's name-tag

Go back to Menu, and Choose Strengthen Persona

Strengthen your choose Persona

Rinse and Repeat until all Stats are maxed out This is how I did it, Comment below if you have a more efficient method.

Notes (Money Making)

To fund this venture, you will venture into the depths of Mementos to acquire sufficient funding

Prerequisite(s):

Get Chariot and Wheel of Fortune confidants to rank 7 and 3 respectively.

Follow this simple Steps:

Get the Memento's from Jose to max Money and Item Drop

goto the depest level you are current able to goto

Use treasure spray to increase chance to encounter the Diamond(Cyan Coloured) Shadows

Kill Shadow

Go Up/Down

Kill Shadow

Rinse and Repeat until you have sufficient fund, depends on your level the lower level more money is required and list completion. At least baseline minimum is about 2-3 Million. This is how I did it, Comment below if you have a more efficient method.

Fuse Cybelle to get Drain Bless at Lv 87 - Optional

Priestess Social link must be maxed!

Cybelle will get Drain Bless at Lv 87

Option, gets more expensive descending;

Skadi (53 / Priestess) + Koh-i-Noor (25 / Priestess)

Scathach (77 / Priestess) + Queen's Necklace (15 / Empress)

Step 0.2: Followup to CybelleGet Cu Chulainn (76 / Faith) - From Regular Fusion

Keep this persona for the final step

Option, gets more expensive descending;

Cybele (83 / Priestess) + Yatagarasu (57 / Councillor)

Cybele (83 / Priestess) + Seiryu (62 / Councillor)

Step 1:Get Michael (87 / Judgement) - From Advance Fusion

Gabriel (77 / Temperance) - Needs to be lv. 79 for Ali Dance

Step 2:Get Lucifer (93 / Star) - From Advance Fusion

Star Social link must be maxed!

Michael (87 / Judgement) - Carry over Ali Dance

Step 3:Get Izanagi-no-Okami Picaro (89 / World) - From Advance Fusion

Izanagi-no-Okami Picaro Ver. will get Almighty Boost at Lv 94.

Trait selection can be either Lucifer's Allures of Wisdom instead of Country Maker if you don't have it Maxed out your Compendium List. But personally at roughly 80% completion is already pretty decent in my experience.

Lucifer (93 / Star) - Carry over Ali Dance, Almighty Amp, Almighty Boost and Bless Dr

Izanagi-no-Okami (Almighty Build)

This build will focus on using one of the most powerful persona, in Persona 5 R! There are several different builds and iterations. This build will be using component of the Izanagi-no-Okami Picaro, of which is Lucifer to make this process as short as possible.

This will be using a more expensive method as its faster, prepare yer wallet

Step 1:Get Raja Naga (55 / Temperance) - From Regular Fusion

Lucifer (93 / Star) - Carries over from Previous build, Ali Dance, Almight Amp, Almight boost, and Magic Ability

Onmoraki (12 / Moon) My previous iteration of Lucifer didn't have Magic Ability so I have to grab it from this Persona Instead

Step 2: AssemblyIzanagi-no-Okami (80 / World) - From Advance Fusion

Raja Naga (55 / Temperance) - Carries over from Previous build, Ali Dance, Almight Amp, Almight boost, and Magic Ability

Slot in Curse Drain - Refer to Notes (Defensive Passive Ability)

Kaguya/Kaguya Picaro (Bless Build)

This build will focus on using one of the most powerful persona, in Persona 5 R! There are several different builds and iterations. Approximate cost: 183k - 300k.

Notice:If you happen to have Magic Ability skill stuck in a higher level persona, there is a method to pass it down to lower lvl Persona by fusing with the basic of the basic persona until it reaches this point unless. You would like to save before doing the velvet Alarm Trigger in Mementos as this build will require several skills to be obtain through the electric chair in which a skill card will be obtained.

Step 1:Get Orthrus (21 / Hanged) - From Regular Fusion

Orobas (17 / Hierophant) - Carries over Trait Mighty Gaze, All-target magic damage +20%

Archangel (14 / Justice)

Step 2.1: Kaguya Get Kaguya (16 / Moon) - From Regular Fusion

This build will focus on using one of the most powerful persona, in Persona 5 R! There are several different builds and iterations.

Yoshitsune - 2 Traits that are mostly used for his build; Most builds would use the undying fury over will of the sword and thats what will be in this guide

Undying fury - 30% boost to physical damage

Will of the Sword - Triple the effect of charge
