Rank 4: To reach rank 4, you'll need to have level 4 in Charm. Ohya will ask you to accompany her to the bar, where she'll introduce you to her informant, a bartender named Kichijoji. Listen to his information and report back to Ohya.
Rank 5: To reach rank 5, you'll need to have level 5 in Charm. Ohya will ask you to investigate a rumor about a "mysterious man." Visit the park in Shinjuku at night and follow the man, then report back to Ohya.
Rank 6: To reach rank 6, you'll need to have level 5 in Guts. Ohya will ask you to investigate a story about a politician's connection to organized crime. Attend a speech by the politician and eavesdrop on his conversation with a shady-looking man.
Rank 7: To reach rank 7, you'll need to have level 6 in Charm. Ohya will ask you to accompany her to investigate a dangerous criminal organization. Attend a meeting with the organization and provide backup for Ohya.
Rank 8: To reach rank 8, you'll need to have level 6 in Guts. Ohya will ask you to investigate a rumor about a shady doctor. Attend a medical conference in Yongen-Jaya and eavesdrop on the conversation between the doctor and another man.
Rank 9: To reach rank 9, you'll need to have level 7 in Charm. Ohya will ask you to investigate a rumor about a corrupt politician. Attend his speech in Shinjuku and investigate his backstage dealings.
Rank 10: To reach rank 10, you'll need to have max rank Charm. Ohya will ask you to accompany her to investigate a major story about the government's connection to a criminal organization. Attend a secret meeting with the organization and provide backup for Ohya.
