Broom ServiceQuest Description: Maria needs some help cleaning...
After receiving the broom Karen during the quest Girl by the Dock, talk to Maria to clean up Room #1.
After you finish, return to the Resort's Lobby and talk to Karen to receive the Fishing Tackle. This will automatically complete this quest as well as the Girl by the Dock quest.
Cleanup on Room 2Quest Description: Help Maria clean up Room #2.
Check with Maria at the Resort's Balcony and she'll give you the Cyber Magazine. During which, you can also help Maria clean up Room #2.
Finish cleaning up Room #2 with a minigame and you'll obtain the Corkscrew.
