Head over to the Resort's Balcony and enter Room 2 to complete the quest.
Gift of SightQuest Description: Find Jenny's Bag with the Glasses in them.
Head over to the Ship's Launchdeck in the Wreck and click on the bags to initiate a minigame and return to Room 2 to complete it.
