The Easiest Way To Get It
Can be done easily after completing the 2nd last Main Mission called: All Is Lost Forever. After completing the mission, Max will drive close to the edge of a cliff in a scripted cutscene. Simply drive off the cliff when the cutscene is over and the achievement is yours.
