Fusion Basics
Fusion depends on the Sin Affinity and Tier of what you put into it. If you just throw in random Sin Affinities, you'll get random results based on that Tier. The Sin Affinities of every E.G.O. Gift is listed below (Ctrl F it) or on the wiki.
You cannot fuse a Tier IV gift with another gift.
The 'Status Effect' Gift you get is determined by what Sin Affinities you fused. Each Status Effect is tied to a certain Sin Affinity, as shown below. So, if you put in 3 Envy E.G.O. Gifts, you will get a Charge E.G.O. Gift back.
Wrath: Burn
Lust: Bleed
Sloth: Tremor
Gluttony: Rupture
Gloom: Sinking
Pride: Poise
Envy: Charge
Note 1: A 'Status Effect' E.G.O. Gift is not necessarily of the affinity that represents it. Take Wound Cleric, for example, a Wrath Sin Affinity, but a Bleed E.G.O. Gift.
Note 2: If you already have every 'Status Effect' E.G.O. Gift of that tier for a certain fusion (assuming you did a Same Sin Affinity Fusion), then you'll get a random E.G.O. Gift of the tier that the same Sin Affinity gave you. So if you fused two Tier 1 E.G.O. Gifts, but already own all the Charge E.G.O. Gifts, you'll get a random Tier 2 E.G.O. Gift. You can exploit this, since for some Status Effects, there are only 1 or 2 E.G.O. Gifts for a certain Tier. Rupture, for example, only has Thunderbranch and Standard Duty Battery at Tier III, so you have a very high chance of getting something you want if you plan for it.
Note 3: There are 7 special fusions that will be implemented into the game December 21st that do not follow these rules. They are all spoilered at the bottom of this guide if you are curious!

Upgrading Basics
The Cost of upgrading E.G.O. Gifts is scaled based on the tier and whether you've upgraded it once already.
I think the formula is (Tier lvl * 20 + 60) for the first upgrade, and then multiply that by 2 for the second, but do let me know if you have info that contradicts this.

Most of the information for this guide came from personal research, the Limbus Company wiki, discord comments, and the Mirror Dungeon Abnormality Check Compendium (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14qQvQ-vpMbJYLNHA32VMqgWgvgVRIhq-ceB_SS6Ieao/edit#gid=1671402580). I imagine a lot more will come from comments.
Some of them I don't know if they can be upgraded or not, and some I have confirmation they can't. If they say 'Not Upgradable,' then I've confirmed them in my own runs or through screenshots that they can't be upgraded in the current version. Let me know if you have any more confirmations, or something that contradicts something in the guide.
