General Tips
The fights are now better paced. if there is a steep difficulty curve, they will usually throw you some mobs to fight to build up sanity and resources
Getting SP fast is essential as some fights go hard right after the checkpoint. Having some manner of SP regen (Nfaust passive, Middle Passive etc) or SP Egos (Rep emitter, fluid sac, bygone days, sunshower, ya sunyata etc) can allow you to take advantage early and snowball from them. (Even more so if you somehow got the hemobar ego gift)
The dungeon theme is bleed, currently there is no good way to cleanse bleed so you desperately need healing. Healing EGOs, healing passives like greg are also incredibly useful if you don't intend to mainline Greg. Or wait for priest greg ig.
A sinner that is about to die from bleed can make for a good sacrifice against aoe unbreakables. Just clash them against the attack and they should cancel it.
Bear
Bear, outside of add mobs, is probably the easiest fight.
Either two ways about it:
Strat 1: Normal clash route. Just win clashes and take it down. Take note to have 1 of your sinners who has black hearts clash against the clashable counter. this will convert the hearts into nails and prevent bear from doing aoe attack. Any sinners with too many hearts should take note of clashing against bear and cleanse with the counter instead.
Strat 2: Burst route. Just make sure you have enough resources for an ego. Give everyone black heart (Attachment) and then ego the aoe attack. All your sinners one side bear.
Rose Hood
This guy is really nasty. Bringing a tank can be very helpful here. (even better if tank is glut resist)
The boss has a green skill called snaring lasso that is unbreakable. Have your tank clash and get hit by the snare. This will spawn a lasso mob. It's important to take out the mob asap to prevent too many spawning at once. Alternatively, you could let more spawn and aoe them at once. Just note that the rupture pot and count can be very high if the mobs do hit your sinners.
Heal or make sure not all your sinners get staggered at the same time. Your sinners are going to be hit by the rupture aoe coins eventually so it''s more a dps race than anything.
Otherwise, most important thing for this guy is really trying not to get hit
Rose Duo
So far, I found this the hardest fight to go against, having to make multiple retries.
The problem with the pair, is that once you start losing clashes to them, they ramp insanely quickly. Camille with his poise count, and Paula with her defense level up.
My recommendation is to focus one of them first, then chains of others/debuff or to one-side them and burst them down. Choice is partially dependent on team comp. Paula is pierce-weak while Camille is slash weak/blunt normal, although I would prefer taking down Camille first. His innate haste and poise can allow him to quickly burst your sinners down or outclash them before you can even land your actions.
For Paula, prevent her from casting her sloth skill as this quickly converts her tankiness from def level up to clash power in off level up.
Bursting them down is also not an option, as they have some insane regeneration in their kit.
So yes:
1. burst one down while clash mitigating the other.
2. use debuff egos/skills to try to mitigate their clashes.
3. Win clashes that give the opp buffs so they dont ramp and outclash you after turn 3.

I was intimidated at first by trio, but their 'broken' status makes this more akin to the pequod trio fight anyway.
We have the Barber as DPS with strong coinage and a nasty aoe unbreakable combo.
Dulcinea as buffer with her same walk with grace skills.
And Priest this time newly as a tank/sustain unit.
In terms of who to take down first, I would definitely recommend the Barber. Like starbuck, she does a lot of damage and can ramp hard if left unchecked.
The last two is up to you. I went priest first as I thought the healing may be significant enough to slow down the pace of the fight. However, once you take Priest down, Dulcinea will start casting her dps skills, including 'The Finale' which bleed can nastily wipe out your party.
Alternatively, you can choose to focus Dulcinea down first while she continues to buff Priest. Take note that for all the turns, Dulcinea prioritizes buffing the Priest, which doesnt have strong skills. You can slow her down to make her buffs be applied after combat, or just have your units speedclash Priest before the buff comes in.
Sad Girl
She has some really gorgeous animations.
I brought a bleed team into this fight, and halfway through, bloodfeast consumed was nearly 999. I thought the fight would be over. Still first tried it.
While Sancho may have some very nasty attacks, her stagger threshold is very higher, allowing you to 1-2 turn stagger her.
After she recovers from stagger, she casts an strong ST skill with clashing priority. Try to EGO win that skill. Also choose a good tank/sustain unit. (highly recommend barber outis due to her strong sustain and sunshower ego). Afterwards, your sustain unit should take some bleed.
Next, she will cast her regular dps skills. Take note to not have your sustain unit clash against her wrath skill. It gives her bonus clash power which could be an auto wipe. Use another sinners kit. Sancho should be quite slow, allowing you to choose priority clashes.
Other than that, not much else. Just know later into the fight and the lower hp she has, the better her clashing get, so watch out
