Rain Is Your Best Friend
The title is self-explanatory, you need to do this:
Choose "Take a walk"
Choose "In the city"
Choose "Take a walk in the city" option
If it rains, You have unlocked the scene
BUT THERE'S A CATCH...
There's 2 types of rain in the game, Good luck finding the one that trigger the scene
I think it's RNG based...or maybe not...Idk
