First

    Draw rough lines where the edges of the new field should be using the landscaping paint

    Remove all Trees inside the drawn frame

Second

    Plough along these lines an outer frame

    except the forestry mulcher, make sure to allow the creation of fields in the plough menu

Third

    Plough all the rest..

Fourth

    ..until its finished
