Prerequisites
You will need these mods:
AAI Vehicles: chaingunners
AAI Vehicles: wardens
AAI Programmable Vehicles
How To Make
Step 1
You will need:
6 Chaingunners
1 Warden
Repair packs (how ever many you feel is necessary, I went a bit overkill and used 500)
Fuel and Ammo (duh)
Unit controller
Step 2
Select the 6 Chaingunners and click on the Path controller icon (the icon that looks like the unit controller but blue). Right click on the warden to assign it as part of the path. This will make the Chaingunners form a circle around and travel with the Warden. Go back into the unit controller and assign the Chaingunners to the path by selecting them and Shift-Right Clicking on the path on the Warden.
Step 3
Place the Repair Packs inside the Warden's Storage. This will allow it to Auto-repair nearby vehicles, which is what makes this such a good setup early game, because the warden out-repairs most damage taken by the Chaingunners, assuming that they aren't being swarmed by Medium Biters or some other thing which will most likely not be happening, because once it does you'll (hopefully) have something far stronger than a mobile repair pack and a few turrets on wheels.
Step 4
load everything up with ammo and fuel and get into the Warden, the turrets will just shoot stuff for you since they're AI-controlled. The Warden comes in handy here too, since It has a large storage for things like reserve coal and ammo, which can be auto loaded if you know how, but if you did, you probably wouldn't need this guide.
