Literally its just putting cream on some large giant fella, don't screw this up now too. FromSoft really allows you to do this. All you have to do is stop asking for details about the DLC, and then the boss will allow you to put foot cream on his feet.

Consult The Finger, Not But Hole
If you are to consult the Two Fingers, they will tell you to "Find the Albinauric woman" which you must ignore because you want to help our large friend get over his bodily hindrances. If you go to the Finger's after you have found the Albinauric Woman, a new option will open up for Let me Solo her to teleport into your body (with consent of course) to help our Fire Giant friend meet the rest of his kind in the after-life.
Finding the woman will be the hard part, as we have no clue where she is located, but I am sure with a little bit of help from our friend Gideon Ofnir the "All Knowing" he will know where the Albinauric woman is located.
