Happy Update Day, And Happy Valentines Day To You All!Obtaining The Chunks Medallions.Spending The Chunks Medallions.How Many Do You Need For All The Related Achievements?Dead Estate's third major content update, Heaven & Hell is finally here, and with it comes a brand new semi-permanent upgrade system, Curses, and a new currency to buy them with, the Chunks Medallion. So how do you get them? and whats the fastest way to get them?
Chunks Medallions can be Obtained in 2 (Correct me if I'm wrong/there are more ways to get them) ways.
The first (and fastest) way, is to knock out Chunks for the first time in a run, this will get you 1 Medallion.

The second way, is to beat Chunks in the games normal ending, this will get you 2 Medallions.

The Chunks Medallions can be spent in 2 brand new floors, Heaven & Hell, to buy Blessings & Curses respectively.
Curses are the games new semi-permanent (I say semi-permanent, because they can be toggled on and off before runs) upgrades, found in Hell, which can be accessed by finding a portal in a special room in a floor on a looped run (NOTE: the portal to hell does not end the floor).
Each curse costs 3 CM (Chunks Medallions), give both an upgrade and a downgrade, and there are 3 per character.

Alternatively, Blessings can be found in Heaven, accessed the same way as hell. It's also worth mentioning, you don't need to loop in order to find a portal to Heaven, unlike Hell.
There are 2 Blessings available at a time in Heaven. The Meager Blessing costs 2 CM, and removes the downside of Curses for 5 minutes in the run, whereas the more expensive option, the Heavenly Blessing, costs 5 CM and lasts for 15 minutes.

In order to unlock every related achievement for Chunks Medallions, it absolutely takes a fair bit of grinding.
There are 2 achievements, Rodent and Vermin, for holding 10 and 50 CM at once respectively.
There are achievements for buying your first Curse and Blessing.
The brand new C Costumes, are unlocked by completing a run using all 3 curses at once for their respective character, of which there are 9 characters, totalling 10 new achievements (9 for all the individual C costume achievements, and an extra 1 for unlocking all the C costumes).
3x3=9 for getting all the curses/C costume for 1 character. 9x9=81 for all 27 curses for each of the 9 characters. and an extra 2 for buying a meager blessing. this would take you to 83 Chunks Medallions!

Prerequisites
'X Must Die' Difficulty Level.JulesIn order to do this effectively, you'll need a couple things first.
This is the hardest difficulty in the game, and with it comes a couple of tough changes, such as Less money, Extremely fast enemies, And a barely functional map. But the change we'll be taking advantage of is Chunks spawning instantly.
This can be unlocked by obtaining the Deadest Estate achievement, see below.

Step 2.
after roughly 1 second, Chunks will enter the room.

Step 3.
Maneuver around him, trying your best not to get hurt, while keeping as close to him as possible to maximise shotgun damage.

Step 4.
As soon as Chunks is knocked out, a pop-up will appear on the bottom of the screen saying "+1 CHUNKS MEDALLIONS", as soon as this pops up, it is safe to exit the run and rinse & repeat until you have all the required CM, starting from 0, this would be 83.

you can check how many CM you have at the top right corner of your screen when selecting a character, and don't worry, any CM obtained by 1 character carries over for all characters.

If you already have a few CM before reading this guide, you might want to pick up Curse of the Bloodhungry for Jules to increase her fire rate, but decrease her max HP to 3. this could save a lot of time in the long run. As my best time without Curses is 47 Seconds to knock out Chunks.
