Gameplay Rules
How to Join:
Spirit Beasts only spawn in Centralmount, so travelers looking to try out the new gameplay should pay Centralmount a visit. Since Centralmount is located in a neutral region that allows PvP without any Conflict Points penalty, it's highly recommended for travelers to team up to avoid being ambushed or to avoid friendly fire between teammates while fighting Spirit Beasts.
Getting There:
Travelers who're visiting Centralmount for the first time can open the map and select the Noble Tribe located in the northeast of Centralmount's volcanoes to teleport to it directly and follow the purple Spirit Beast icon on the map to track down corresponding Spirit Beasts.
Tips: It's recommended for travelers to unlock the Centralmount Central Pillar first upon arriving in Centralmount, then light up the dark parts of the map to find corresponding Spirit Beasts directly from the map in the future.
Travelers who've unlocked the Centralmount map can teleport to the Centralmount Central Pillar directly to track down Spirit Beasts.
Note:
1. As Spirit Beasts are tanky and have high attack damage, the difficulty of challenging a same-level Spirit Beast is actually higher than challenging a same-level Giant Beast.
2. Spirit Beasts spawn in the wilderness of Centralmount. So it's best to team up and finish the fight quickly whenever encountering them to avoid them being snatched by others.
3. Since challenging Spirit Beasts poses a higher risk, it's best to put a Camp nearby before challenging them to return to the fight quickly after death.
Spirit Beast Respawn Info
There are a total of 4 different Spirit Beast Tiers. Each Tier corresponds to several types of Spirit Beasts, and the spawn time and rules are slightly different.
Only 20 Tier 1 Spirit Beasts can exist at the same time. Whenever a Spirit Beast is killed, they'll respawn after 4 hours. Only 120 Tier 1 Spirit Beasts can be respawned each day. Only 15 Tier 2 Spirit Beasts can exist at the same time. Tier 2 Spirit Beasts respawn at 10:00 and 15:00 each day, and Spirit Beasts that have not been killed before the fixed time will also be respawned. Only 30 Tier 2 Spirit Beasts can be respawned each day. Only 10 Tier 3 Spirit Beasts can exist at the same time. Tier 3 Spirit Beasts respawn at 10:00 and 15:00 each day, and Spirit Beasts that have not been killed before the fixed time will also be respawned. Only 20 Tier 3 Spirit Beasts can be respawned each day. Only 6 Tier 4 Spirit Beasts can exist at the same time. Tier 4 Spirit Beasts respawn at 10:00, 15:00, and 20:00 each day, and Spirit Beasts that have not been killed before the fixed time will also be respawned at 14:49:55, 19:49:55, and 23:50:00. Only 18 Tier 4 Spirit Beasts can be respawned each day.
Spirit Beasts respawn at random locations, and the higher their Tiers, the more difficult it'll be to challenge them.
Drop Rewards
Spirit Beasts of different Tiers have different drop rewards, and the higher the Tier, the better the grade and number of rewards.
When a Spirit Beast is killed, there's a chance for them to drop: advanced equipment, Inkblack Stone, Purple Stone, Dusty Soil, Indigo Jade, Fern Jade, Crimson Jade, Rare Agate, Epic Elixir, Blood Cleansing Dew, Maturity Pill, and many more. The higher the Spirit Beast Tier, the higher the number of other item drops.
Tips:
Dusty Soil can be exchanged for Star Points from the village guard: 10 Dusty Soil = 1 Star Point (up to 3 exchanges a day). At the same time, Maturity Pills can be used to increase a pet or Attendant's quality and Pet Power significantly.
So, go gather your friends to pay a visit to Centralmount, kill the Spirit Beasts, and get your share of the amazing rewards as soon as the Spirit Beast gameplay is released on August 18!
