• When you'll need to bring pills to crazy guy in hospital. It's in room near kitchen.

• In Sanders' manor, in room with Cat.

• In Drake's room with safe.

• In Dr. Fuller's office.

Detective Historian Achievement

• When you enter secret cave with cultists. 

• In Sanders' manor in room with Cat. 

• In Drake's shop, when you enter, turn left. 

• In Dr. Fuller's office.

• In whaling station. 

The Shadow Out Of Time Achievement

• After you've seen the hallucination. 

• When you enter secret cave with cultists. 

• When you enter secret cave with cultists. 

• When you enter secret cave with cultists. 

• When you enter secret cave with cultists. 

• When you try to escape from cave, look on wall. 

• In the end of game, you won't miss it. 

Complete Revelation Achievement

• You can find it in room in the whaling station.
