1st Location
Right below the fast travel portal, start by going right, then down. you should see a hidden quad-crossbow room.
2nd Location
Below the fast travel portal, keep going down.
3rd Location
This one took me 3 hours to find it... and it's on the top right side of the fast travel portal. Just move right and up, use a charged jump with frog, and you should be able to reach it.
4th Location
Right below fast travel portal.
5th Location
Right above the fast travel portal, pretty easy to reach.
6th Location
At the hidden part of sewer that is close to upper elevator shaft.
Start from the save location on the left side of this image, use the left pipe to gain height, glide and jump all the way to very right of this room, enter the top right pipe, this would allow you to enter this area.
Note that this path has a lot of spikes, hot gases and enemies, avoid fighting to save HP.
7th Location
In the huge cliff when entering the final map area. Disabling the barrier requires hitting a hidden fan right below the barrier itself, and be reach the barrier before it redeploys.
