Unlock Method

It's simple as ABC: obtain the ring of rings secret (Bats character)

Go to bat city map (after obtaining all stage items) and find the question mark in the map, go there and press the 3 buttons on the ground by order A then B then C. Afterwards move to the right where you will find multiple of the item Gold ring in a circle but be wary of the sun atlanteans that spawn there, you should have the secret unlocked by doing this.

Forsake victory in favour of sightseeing in Carlo Cart secret (Gyoruntin character)

In the Carlo cart stage, move to the left (opposite usual movement) until a coffin and a group of Tri-anchors (three headed dragon monster) appear, the coffin appearance took me around 45 seconds with the red death character which has +110 movement speed (no idea if speed affects arrival time), kill the Tri-anchors and you will be able to open the coffin and get the character.

Her royal shadow lies behind the 46th door secret (Rose De Infernas character)

In Astral stairs, accumulatively use the doors (the warps that send you to other areas of the map) 46 times, then you will be transported to a white coffin which you open and get the character immediately.
