The Steps
1. Seal away pretty much everything except for Empty Tome
2. Use Space Dude with Max Weapons set to 1
3. Start a game with Arcanas enabled and select XX - Silent Old Sanctuary
4. Play for a little bit until your Empty Tome is fully leveled, then just Quit and you'll have the achivement!
