First of all you should know the logistics of this locations.

ROADS - on first screenshot you can see all road, i highlighted them in red colour.

WAYGATES - you can teleport between waygates momently, but without resurses, it s a big minus of waygates

CAVE PASSAGES - In addition to Vampire Waygates, Cave Passages are another method that can be used to fast travel across the regions of Vardoran. What differentiates the two methods is that Cave Passages allow you to fast travel with resources and loot in your inventory, which cannot be done with Vampire Waygates. To find Cave Passages, look for glowing red cracks found on the side of rock walls. Then, press and hold F to travel through the cave system when nearing the glowing gap. The only downside is that Cave Passages are essentially a one-way teleporter as the exit will always be located on a cliff that is typically not accessible -- not even by the Frog Form or Bat Form Vampire Powers. However, with that said, as long as you remain on the ledge of the Cave Passage exit, you will have the option to travel back to the cave entrance.
