In 4 Steps:
1- Go to the installation folder, to me is: "C:\steam\steamapps\common\Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection\Uncharted4_data"
2 - Locate the file "crash.info"
3 - Create a backup of that file (copy to the desktop, add to a rar archive, etc).
4 - Delete the file.
