Introduction
After starting the game "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End", I had crashes to the desktop every 5-15 minutes with an error "Something went wrong with this game" and a sugguest to send a report. In this guide I will tell you how i fix this crashes.
Bug Fix
Everything is simple. For stop this crashes, you need to limit a maximum number of frames per second to any value. You can limit FPS in the settings of the game itself, but only for 30 frames, so we will do this in the NVIDIA Control Panel settings. This will probably work with AMD cards too, but you need to set FPS limit in the graphics card driver, not in third-party applications.
Go to NVIDIA Control Panelit can be installed from the Microsoft Store
Go to "Manage 3D settings" menu, then to the "Program Settings" tab, and then select Uncharted in drop-down listif you can't find it, click "Add" button on the right, there you can see last running applications. If Uncharted is not there, try to start and close the game, and then try to find it here again
Find "Max Frame Rate" in the list and set any valueI set 144FPS, according to a Hz of my monitor
Conclusion
After these manipulations, I no longer experienced crashes. Also, this fix can fix a problem with mouse movement, but I'm playing on a gamepad so I can't confirm it. Thank you for your attention and have a good game!
