The Tools You Start With
The Flashlight (standard Horror Device)
This is the least lighting tool in your arsenal (can be off-handed). It can still help bring light to corners and walls to either find that pesky lightswitch or to help find wall writing or drawing.
Camera Photo (for That Classic Use Of Someone Else Finding It With You Already Killed)
This tool is just a standard camera that has 3 photo slots (5 if purchased) and has a nightvision mode to see in dark places. This is used for finding invisible occult elements such as cursed objects (not always invisible), wall writing/drawing, ghost orbs, and pentacles. When camera reach around 50% static pixel it means the ghost is nearby (not 100% chance its hunting).
*note*
You don't need night vision to find invisible objects
Standard Camera (for Your Podcast)
The standard camera is a stationary tool that is low on the ground and is faced the direction you are facing. Has the same effect for photo camera minus the photos. Can be placed in the ghost orb room to be used as a monitor if the ghost ran there or not.
MEL-8G0 (The Short-ranged Discounted Thermometer And Occult Reader)
The MEL-8G0 is a ghost scan that can measure the temperature and the occult elements near the box (can be off-handed).
You have to be nearby the ghost to get proof for the temperature near entity evidence to see if the ghost is zero, negative, or no change.
For the occult reader, it will read 4.0 whenever inside the building, it will mostly read 8 for cursed objects, pentacles, writing/drawings, (will go up to 8 and below), it will stack to 16 if two occulting elements are nearby or a pentacle, and a max of 20-25 if multiple are nearby or the ghost itself.
If it reads 60 or higher on the occult reader it means its a cursed occult object that the ghost has connected themselves with and needs to be shot with a Neutrino-gun
*Note*
If The Exorcise is complete then the curse will be removed from all objects.
EMF K2 (Classic Ghost Reading Device)
The EMF K2 is a ghost scan that will read if the ghost is nearby (can be off-handed), For evidence in Electromagnetic field it will either read EMF Level 3/4 (any detection really) or EMF Level 5. You can just either leave this on the ground and see if the ghost is detectable by it or not.
Entity Analyzer (that Bomb Ticking Noise)
The Entity Analyzer is a ghost scan that is used for specifically the entity scan evidence (can be off-handed). When you hear a louder beeping sound from this, it means the ghost is nearby and that there's evidence in the Entity scan category. It will only read if this is close to the ghost and will process faster the closer it gets.
*Note*
Just leave this inside the room with the ghost orbs since the read will be prepared when picked up.
Automatic Writing Book (yet You Need To Hold It)
This tool is used for getting Symbol/picture writing or Textual Writing in the written evidence category. It is recommended that you hold this book and ask the ghost to write in it so that way it has a high chance of having them write in the book. If you hear page turning in the game it means that they either wrote in the book or the ghost did a wall writing/drawing.
Spirit-Box (*spooky Noises*)
This tool is specifically used to either find Spirit-box EVP (Electronics Voices Phenomenas) or Spirit-box radio for the Audio proof category.
For Spirit-box EVP, you need to ask the ghost to either talk or speak related questions and you should hear it coming out of only the spirit box (if the ghost can communicate without the box then it is Voice in the house evidence), you don't need the ghost nearby for EVP evidence.
For Spirit-box radio, when the ghost is close to the Spirit-box you will hear radio channel-switching followed by different voices/music.
Instant Camera (Say "CHEESE!")
The Instant camera tool that creates a bright light to reveal invisible occults or to be used for exorcism (The one that spawns at the start will only have two flashes, buying one will have four).
*note*
If the ghost has a shadowy (dark) model, that means it's in the shadow category and this tool will always be needed for them.
Exorcism Book (Those Who Either Have Big Balls And Does It At The Start, Or Whines About Needing To Do It)
The Exorcism book is a tool that is used to wanting to piss off the ghost enough to summon it or is a requirement for exorcism. To use it you have to read word for word without stopping. Can't stutter or pause while reading this or it won't work, and you'll have to read it again.
*Note*
You need to make sure your mic is picking up the words properly or you might be stuck reading it over and over again.
Press escape, go to the app labeled microphone, and repeat a couple of sentences that are from the book while inside the mobile home.
Also you don't have to "repeat it several times" you only need one good read of it,
Tiger Eye Stone ("haha, Eye Of The Tiger, Get It" Pun Initiator)
The Tiger Eye Stone is a consumable that is used to exorcise the ghost for having an 1N_L120 or 9P_NONE Entity scan.
Holy Water (The Water That You Only Just Boiled The Hell Out Of It ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))
The Holy water is a consumable is used to exorcise a ghost that has Symbol/picture writing or Wall drawing in the Written evidence.
Incense Stick (the Incentive To Make You Get Close To The Ghost)
The Incense stick is a consumable that is used to exorcise the ghost for having zero or negative on the Temperature near entity evidence.
Coarse Salt Crystals (The Roblox Drugs)
The Coarse salt crystals is used to exorcise the ghost for having EMF Level 3/4 in Electomagnetic field Evidence.
Crucifix (Classic)
The Crucifix is a guard tool that is used to defend yourself from entities (can be off-handed). This creates a barrier around the cross that the ghost can't get passed and if pushed toward them, it can make them despawn. It will be in effect only when held by left or right hand, or thrown on the ground. The crucifix does lose its power by the ghost being repelled by it and once the crucifix does it will turn into a smooth gray form of it.
*Note*
You might accidentally block the ghost from being nearby consumables like the Tiger Eye stone and the Coarse salt crystals if placed too close to the crucifix.
Statue Marie (The Pocket Nun)
The Statue Marie is a guarding tool that helps repel child-like entities. Similar to the crucifix. When the power is lost it will become gray form of itself.
Neutrino-gun (The Ghost Buster Weapon)
The Neutrino-gun is a Guarding tool (non-pocketable) that is used to either blast back the ghost or to exorcise the ghost if it has a category of poltergeist or EMF Level 5 in the Electromagnetic field Evidence.
The Neutrino-gun can be used to remove the curse off of visible, cursed objects which you can do to grab more cash or to exorcise the ghost for having its category Revenant or having Spirit-box radio in the Audio proof Evidence category.
*Note*
For the Neutrino-gun that spawns at the start of the game will have a limited use for it and if you decide to buy the 750 worth Neutrino-gun in the Ghost Market it has the ability to recharge itself
Tools You Can Find In The Ghost Market
[/previewimThe Ghost Market is used to purchase any items to make the process easier or to have extras just in case.
The items purchased in the Ghost Market can be found in the back of the Mobile home
*Note*
Any items purchased in the Ghost Market needs to be returned to the mobile home if you didn't complete the exorcise or you will lose them. If you complete the exorcise, they will not be lost if left out of the mobile home.
Headlamp Light (Overcompensation)
A much more powerful version of the flashlight, but can't be off-handed.
Tripod Spotlight (THE TRUE OVERCOMPENSATION)
The Tripod spotlight is the most powerful lighting tool that is used to be stationed anywhere. You can use this if a dark place you mostly travel through needing a bit more light.
Tripod Camera (haha Camera Go Swivel Swivel)
The tripod camera is a video tool that has the same features of the standard camera, but can be height adjustable and can swivel 360 degrees.
Thermometer (the One We Wanted)
The Thermometer is a ghost scan tool that can read temperatures from far away. The thermometer is only tool that can get the ER (error) temp read.
*Note*
This scanner tool will only update every time you turn it off and on.
Occult Sniffer (cursed Object Finder)
The Occult Sniffer is a ghost scanner tool that picks up anything nearby that is cursed.
*Note*
The cursed object can be invisible so you need the instant camera to reveal it. Also if The Exorcise is complete then the curse will be removed from all objects.
Danger Detector (Should Scream "high Voltage!" When Red, Mods When?)
The Danger detector is a guarding tool that is used to know if the ghost is nearby or hunting.
White: No ghost detected
Yellow: Ghost nearby
Red: Ghost is hunting
Salt Shotgun (Ashley William Wannabe)
The salt shotgun is a guarding tool that can only be loaded with Coarse salt crystals. To reload the gun press R. Can be shot long range to avoid having to toss it nearby the ghost.
Investigating With The Ghostpedia And Its Categories
Ghostpedia can be found by pressing escape and clicking the ghost-pictured app
Category (the Deciding Factor)
This category will be the only thing blocking you from printing the exorcism steps. To discover the category you could either notice the physical appearance of the ghost or noticing a key factor about them.
Poltergeist
These ghosts don't like you touching objects, by messing with objects too much they will either start hunting or possibly lock the doors leading outside.
You can test this possibility by messing with objects while carrying a crucifix in hand so you won't die from it.
Shoot the ghost with the Neutrino-gun.
Shadow
These ghosts will turn off lights if possible. Will have a dark or black appearance. Can see if it does have the appearance by asking it to reveal/show itself or reading the exorcism book.
Use the Instant camera and flash the ghost while close to it.
Revenant
These ghost will only crawl around on all fours. Some ghost will do this, but if the ghost is never seen standing up then its most likely Revenant.
Remove a curse off of an object with the Neutrino-gun. Can be found through a MEL-8G0 device reading an eight or higher or using an Occult Sniffer to find any close cursed objects.
Daemon
These ghost will create an auditory laugh inside the house without needing a Spirit-box. Anytime you hear a laugh from the ghost means it is a Daemon.
Read the Exorcism book without pause inside the house while in your hand.
Child
These ghost will have a childlike appearance and is affected by Mary Statues. Note that this category can possibly be overlapped by the other categories.
In this category there is no extra-steps on doing the exorcist process.
Evidence
Evidence is what decides how you are going to proceed the exorcism.
*Note*
The difficulty of the contract decides the number of evidence found. There is no Evidence that can be guaranteed to be popped up.
Simple investigation: two or three evidence can be found
Paranormal investigator: three or four evidence can be found
Extrem Ghost Hunters: four or five evidence can be found
Electromagnetic Field
The Electromagnetic field Evidence can be found with the EMF K2 ghost scanner tool.
EMF Level 3/4: Toss or make the ghost walk into salt
EMF Level 5: Shoot the ghost with the Neutrino-gun
Entity Scan
The entity scan evidence can be found only through the Entity Analyzer.
Evidence
1N_L120: Bring the entity close to a Tiger Eye stone.
9P_NONE: Bring the entity close to a Tiger Eye stone.
9P_350: Use the Instant camera and flash the ghost while close to it.
DX_E900: Use the Instant camera and flash the ghost while close to it.
Temperature Near Entity
The Temperature near entity Evidence can be discovered by using the MEL-8G0 close to the ghost or using the Thermometer and aiming close to the ghost floor origin.
Zero: Use an encense stick close to the entity
Negative: Use the encense stick where the ghost orbs are located in until it finishes its use.
Ghost orbs are discovered by any video capturing such as Camera photo,
standard camera, and Tripod camera
Written Evidence
The Written evidence Evidence can be discovered by either through a Automatic writing book or found around the house. You'll be notified there is evidence of this by the sound of paper flipping over inside the building.
Symbol/picture writing: Symbols or pictures that are found inside the book
Throw holy water on the feet of the ghost
Textual writing: Words that are found inside the book
Neutralize a Pentacle with holy water, has to be revealed by Instant camera and its flash
Wall drawing: Drawings that are found on the walls inside the building
Throw holy water on the feet of the ghost
Wall writing: Words that are found on the walls inside the building
Neutralize a Pentacle with holy water, has to be revealed by Instant camera and its flash
Audio Proof
The Audio proof Evidence is discovered by either using a Spirit-Box and the ghost communicating through it or voices heard around the house.
Spirit-box EVP: When asking the ghost to speak or say something, it will respond only through the Spirit-box by a second or two garble.

Spirit-box radio: When the ghost is nearby the Spirit-box, you will hear radio channel-switching followed by different voices/music.
Remove a curse off of an object with the Neutrino-gun. Can be found through a MEL-8G0 device reading an eight or higher or using an Occult Sniffer to find any close cursed objects.
Voice in the house: When you hear any voices from the ghost without using a spirit-box, then it can only be this evidence.
Read the Exorcism book without pause inside the house while in your hand*Note*
The ghost will start hunting once you start attempting to read the Exorcism book, recommend having a crucifix nearby
Knowing When Your Doing It Right
You might ask yourself, "Am I doing this right?"
It doesn't matter which steps you take, it matters which ones you plan on executing in the end.
There are visual cues that happen each time you do a piece of evidence correctly/incorrectly by the ghost physical form becoming puffs of smoke
White puffs of smoke: Means you either did the wrong exorcism step or you already successfully did this.
White puffs of smoke with colors: Means you successfully did the correct exorcism step meaning your going in the right direction
DO NOT WORRY ABOUT DOING A WRONG STEP
Doing a wrong step of exorcism will piss off the ghost, but it won't cause to fail it. This means that the Neutrino-gun you get can be used to not only excise the ghost, but to also defend yourself more successfully if you run out of crucifixes.
You might also ask, "When do I know its done?"
Instead of white puffs of smoke it will be a glittering orb followed by silence...silence meaning that there's nothing in the house, but just you and possibly others...who are dead.
Ghost AI Ive Noticed Playing Solo
The Start (without book reading)
The ghost might actually be more passive in the first five minutes then you think
Whenever you start you can see the ghost standing in a part of the building not doing anything, this can be good because you might see the ghost's physical form
This can be also good on finding the ghost orb room as fast as you can with the camera photo because the ghost might be passive while running around.
Knowing information of the ghost orb room can be used to place your Entity Analyzer, I will explain why this place in the next section
If you see the ghost running somewhere else other than toward you or another player, it might be retreating to the ghost orb room
This information was a great discovery because what the AI does when you asked the ghost to reveal/show itself is to sometimes run towards their ghost orb room and stay there for as long as a minute
If your cheeky enough you might place the salt and the Tiger Eye stone in the room as well as the place it stands since its path seems to be there idling which is enough time for it to register the items.
Some Little Details In The Lobby
The Doll
at the main lobby of the game would read alone occult level 20. If you stand close to it you'll notice the mouth starts slowly opening.
Pentacle candles
If you crouch closely to the pentacle they will starting lighting up. if you crouch at the center, all the candles will light up.
