Step 1
-Close the game and the Launcher
-For modders, 1st Update every .mod file you got to 2.5.* or 2.6.*
-For non Modders: Skip this and proceed to Step 2 and 3
Step 2
Mods_registry.jsonGo to your \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris and delete the file:
it contains the local mod versions previously saved when you start the launcher. As I know, it does not get updated so you have delete this to updated it. Relaunch laucher on Step 4.
WARNING: This will reset your mod LOAD ORDER so be sure to take a screenshot of it or manually create a list of it for later use.
Step 3
ANY FILE THAT STARTS WITH Ugc_Go to your \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mods and delete the ugc_**** contains the version infos of the mod you subscribed to, they use to be updated but for some reason the new laucher dont update them now. the launcher will re-acquire this when you launch it, just make sure you're still subscribe to the mods and the mod you're subscribe to are updated.
Step 4
Re-Launch the laucher.
-If you follow all the simple steps, the red mark will be removed on some mods as long as they're up-to-date.
