History

The Nuzan TN-31-85 (Tank, Nuzan, 31t , 85mm) is an Early Cold War Medium Tank / Early MBT, developed and adopted by the Kingdom of Nuza in 1947. A relatively budget option in comparison to it's neighbors counterparts, the TN-31-85 was adopted to replace the surplus of Great Regional War-era Tanks, previously acquired from the Empire of Norcourt. The frontal glacis of the TN-31-85 was 100mm thick sloped at 60 degrees, with the side and rear hull only being 25mm thick, only intended to be protect the crew from small arms fire. The M85-1 Main Gun was an 85mm High Velocity Rifled Gun, capable of penetrating up to 184mm of armor with it's standard shell. Overall, the TN-31-85 proved to be an effective budget option for the post-war Kingdom, and would continue on in service in newer variations over the next 25 years.

History

Better in almost every aspect than it's preceding counterpart, the TN-32-100 was the result of continued development immediately following the adoption of the TN-31-85. The newly adopted M100-1 Tank Cannon was fitted to a slightly enlarged TN-31-85 turret, along with a redesign of the hull, allowing a much easier manufacturing process, whilst not adding too much weight.

History

The second, and most prominent production model of the T-32-100, the T-32-100 Bis (often abbreviated to T-32-100(B) ), The Bis model saw upgrades to the electronic turret drive, making aiming much easier and faster for the gunner. Turret armor upgrades also saw the reduction of turret ammo stowage, as well as a minor engine upgrade to improve the relatively average off-road performance of previous models. The Improved M100-2 Tank Cannon was also mounted, adding additional improvements to velocity and penetration, via length, and removal of the muzzle brake (though the gun is still rifled). The B model is also colored in the later Olive Drab camo scheme.

The B model of the T-32-100 is still in use today in reserve and training service, as well as exported and surplus tanks still being serviced in various parts of the world.
