Sonic And Tails On Title Screen
Depending on which character you last played as, it will be on the title screen. Unfortunately Amy doesn't have one. Sonic and Tails' title screen is still in the game, but you can't select them on the character select. If you want to see them on the title screen, you need to select Player 00 in Level Select and press Start.
Hidden Japanese Credits / Swap "Tails" For "Miles"
On the title screen, you need to press Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, Up. After that, the Sonic Team screen will be replaced with the original credits by the game's authors in Japanese.
The credits translated:

Plan - Yasuhara Hirokazu
Design - Ooshima Naoto, Ishiwatari Jina, Kataoka Rieko

This code will also change Tails name to "Miles" during gameplay.
Level Select

The level select screen has gameplay settings that allow you to either select a character or add something to the game that isn't there by default.

Special Stage Editor
First, you need to activate Debug Mode, then play sound 07 in the Sound Test and select Special Stage. This will load a unique "CUSTOM" Special Stage that can be edited with Debug mode through new "Load", "Save" and "Clear" icons. The created Special Stage will not be saved between game sessions.

Extra Menu
Some cheats of the original game are now unlocked through getting a certain total in Time Attack or its Special Stages Time Attack.
Special Stage Time Attack - Clear Time Attack in under 25 minutes for all the Zones together unlocks the Special Stage Time Attack.
D. A. Garden - Clear Time Attack in under 30 minutes for all the Zones together, or collect all 7 Time Stones.
Visual Mode - Clear Time Attack in under 25 minutes for all the Zones together.
Sound Test - Clear Special Stage Time Attack in under 4 minutes for all the stages together.
Stage Select - Clear Special Stage Time Attack in under 5 minutes for all the stages together.

8th Special Stage
In the Sound Test, set the values to PCM07, DA07. This will access an 8th Special Stage with Robotnik's head in the background.

Knuckles On Title Screen
If you choose to play as Knuckles (Knuckles and Tails don't work) and then exit Sonic 2 and start again, you will see a unique title screen for Knuckles. It doesn't work for Knuckles and Tails most likely because it's a reference to the original "Knuckles in Sonic 2".
Swap "Tails" For "Miles"
On the title screen, you need to press Up, Down, Down, Down, Down, Up. After that will change Tails name to "Miles" during gameplay.

As you know this mode has random generation and there are 134,217,728 levels in total. Each level has its own password of 12 digits. And when you reach a certain level, you can see the password of the level and enter it that would not go through all the previous ones if you left the mode. But in Sonic Origins there is not only a new version of Blue Spheres but also the original one. And it's recreated so well that the old codes totally work! Which means you can still use the code generator for this mode. Perhaps some codes work for New Blue Spheres as well, but I haven't checked that. But thanks to the code generator you can experiment!
