Just download the file hdtexfix.kpf and copy it to your
*Steam directory*\SteamApps\common\Shadow Man Remastered\mods folder
Enable HD textures in the display menu.

Here is another example, It was not even upscaled by an AI but it's a lazy remake. The coloring was also incorrect. This same texture was used for all asylum buildings. There are 3 different colorations for this, one for the Asylum map, one for the intro and one for here:
